First photos of our new range of units we have been developing with a premier electronics company. This is a proprietory, custom built voltage to current HHO only convertor/controller. This is the first and only type of electronics of it's kind. This means our fuel cells will never draw more than 11.5 amps but match the huge output of our previous units. It also means a massive reduction in size which makes finding a place to fit on the vehicle far easier (see second photo new ERC2 compared to older DC2 unit).
# Piano Black laser cut Plexiglas® with polished edges (holes drilled by automated robot drilling machine).
# Stainless steel nuts and bolts used throughout (incl. locking nuts).
# Recessed countersunk s/s bolts. Laser cut composite alloy plates (which undergo our own secret machining and processes).
# Special precision cut rubber gaskets made especially for us by a rubber company. This is the only material that is truly resistant over time to the highly caustic electrolyte. Ordinary rubber, Neoprene® or Vitron® will not last! Be warned.
# The reservoir we use is resistant to caustic substances and comes with a separate chamber for when the vehicle needs more HHO. It holds around 1 litre.

The vast majority of the kit is 100% recyclable and meets all current EU and UK standards.

Our electronics department has developed this unit which overcomes the problems of engine management systems 'over-compensating' due to the introduction of HHO.
This works on Petrol and Diesel engines with ECU's.
It also has a manual 'overide' switch
